About Us
We preserve and promote Uechi-ryu, the Okinawan karate founded by Kanbun Uechi, who mastered Pangainun in Fujian, China, in 1904. Built on Sanchin and the fists of the dragon, tiger and crane. 45 member dojos: 30 in Okinawa, 11 in mainland Japan and 4 overseas.
